Learning Coordinator, ATS & AMZL Process Learning
As a Learning Coordinator, you will be part of the team responsible for training employees at our logistics locations.
You will ensure all employees acquire the necessary skills to perform their daily tasks, meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
You will be the point of contact for operational teams on site and track the onboarding process of new employees to support them.
You will collaborate with multiple support teams to update training documents, implement process changes, and ensure their deployment across locations. A valid driving licence is recommended.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Organise initial and refresher training to meet performance metrics.
* Record all training sessions and assess competency distribution.
* Monitor the competency development of employees through training in various domains to prepare them for peak season.
* Train ambassadors who conduct on‑site onboarding and introduce new employees to their station and processes.
* Review dashboards, monitor KPIs, analyse causes, and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with various departments.
* Manage approximately 3 delivery stations in your area with regular travel between stations.
A Day in the Life
You play a key role in performance improvement and onboarding of new employees through training you deliver at our delivery stations. Your responsibilities include monitoring daily progress of delivery stations and ensuring compliance with Amazon standard operating procedures and targets.
About The Team
As part of Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES), we work on continuous improvement of logistics. We support high‑impact initiatives and help develop, implement, and oversee logistics projects. Recent examples include the introduction and expansion of delivery with micro‑mobile vehicles, including electric cargo bicycles and walking, across Europe.
We use data‑driven tools to identify process improvements, increase efficiency, and reduce waste across the organization.
Our team supports the rollout of new programs and tech‑based solutions onsite across Europe, serving partner companies and managers with engaging onboarding experiences.
Basic Qualifications
* Advanced German language skills (C1 CEFR).
* Good English speaking and writing skills (B2).
* Relevant experience in clear communication, including demonstrable training delivery and creation of related communication and training materials.
* Professional experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
* Proven experience building positive working relationships with internal stakeholders.

* Analytical skills.
