For our subsidiary Funstage, we are currently looking for a motivated team member with a brain for data and a heart for creativity. As a CRM Manager (f/m/d) you will actively work on social casino and slot machine related products, distributed in many international markets across web and mobile technology.
You’ll manage the full customer lifecycle, using data to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and craft compelling offers that drive engagement, retention, and player value.
Responsibilities & Duties
Develop and execute engaging event calendars, promotions, and thematic campaigns to drive player retention, engagement, and monetization
Plan and deliver creative CRM campaigns across key channels (email, push, in-app, teaser) for our social gaming products
Own the end-to-end player experience by shaping the user journey and delivering personalized communication throughout the lifecycle
Analyze performance across all CRM touchpoints and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights, A/B, and multivariate testing
Benchmark brands, features, and contact strategy approaches to drive improvements
Contribute to the development and optimization of game features and mechanics, including balancing in-game economies to maximize engagement and long‑term value
Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to support the successful delivery of key strategic initiatives and projects
Your profile
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in CRM, online marketing, or e‑commerce; experience in the online gaming industry (casino or similar) is a strong plus
Passion for digital products with a solid understanding of the online ecosystem and customer behaviour
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable improvements
Data‑driven and solution‑oriented mindset combined with creativity and a hands‑on approach
Organised and tenacious, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, paired with strong communication skills and a proactive, reliable working approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Google Suite; experience with analytical tools is a plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are beneficial

The minimum gross annual salary for this position according to the applicable collective agreement is €47.500 (full‑time basis). A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience
