* Strategic Key Account Management: Cultivate deep relationships with B2B clients, large accounts, operators, and industry partners. Represent the multinational group at major European trade shows and executive‑level forums.
* Budget & Market Intelligence: Plan and control the European commercial budget, ensuring ROI optimization. Actively monitor European regulatory environments, market dynamics, and technological advancements to identify emerging commercial opportunities.
Position Requirements
* Experience: 10–15 years of progressive commercial sales experience, with a solid track record in international or regional field sales within high‑value industrial technology sectors.
* Dealer & Contract Mastery: Proven success managing complex B2B distributor and vendor networks, including strict contract negotiations and service‑level agreement oversight.
* Industry Regulations: Strong working knowledge of European technical and regulatory compliance standards; familiarity with global equivalents is highly advantageous.
