SvartDev OÜ is expandingWe're building a network of Business Development Partners across the EU, Scandinavia, Ukraine, Georgia, and Armenia to grow our presence in custom software development outsourcing.SvartDev is a European software studio specializing in custom web, mobile, and business solutions — including CRM, ERP, HR systems, analytics dashboards, and other tailor-made digital products.Your MissionFind and connect clients who need custom software development.We don't sell ready-made products - we build unique solutions from the ground up.What You'll DoIdentify and approach potential clients in your region (EU, Scandinavia, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia).Focus on SMEs, startups, and small/medium companies.Present SvartDev's services and coordinate communication between clients and our tech team.Use any effective tools - LinkedIn, email, business networks, events, or even AI assistants like ChatGPT.Transfer qualified leads and stay involved until the contract is signed.Collaboration Terms Format: B2B partnership agreement (not employment).You must operate as a registered sole proprietor (FOP) or legal entity. Base commission:15% of the paid contract value20% for large projects (agreed individually) Bonus for the first 5 clients:25% and 30% commission on all future contracts from these clients - permanently. Fully remote, no fixed schedule. Full support from the SvartDev team - presentations, portfolio, case studies, and technical assistance.RequirementsKnowledge of Russian language is desirable.Good command of English (additional regional languages are a plus).Ability to understand client business needs, show initiative, and work independently.
