Would you like to actively shape the development of innovative and networked intralogistics technologies and form the interface between different development departments for a common electronics and IoT platform "UEP" (unified embedded platform)? As Product Owner UEP, you will take responsibility for technical inquiries and coordinate the implementation of modifications as well as the further development of our platform. With your organizational skills and deep technical understanding, you will ensure clear priorities and efficient collaboration between product lines. In this way, you will make a significant contribution to our solutions setting new standards worldwide.
What you’ll be handling:
Area-wide responsibility for the operating system or basic software level as well as the hardware of the Unified Embedded Platform
Maintenance and prioritization of the backlog for technical modification requests and further developments
Prioritization and validation according to strategic, economic and functional importance of the features in the context of the product maintenance project
Respective sprint planning with the developers from the different development departments
Coordination between development and stakeholders
Processing of hardware improvement issues together with suppliers
Regular communication with adjacent departments and stakeholders
What you’ll need:
At least 5 years of experience as a project manager or product owner for electronics or basic software development
Experience as a lead product developer and/or software architect
Good knowledge of powerful embedded hardware and operating systems such as eLinux
Knowledge of development and project management methods, such as classic, agile, Kanban, CI/CD and experience with complex projects and distributed development teams
Affinity for embedded software and hardware
Fluent in German and English, very good communication skills
Reliability, independence & assertiveness

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 55.772 Euro.
