* Support the Head of Quality in site & global quality initiatives, and act as deputy after onboarding
* Drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with R&D, Product Management, Production, customers, and suppliers
* Enhance the Quality Management System through process specifications, audits, and action tracking
* Manage major complaints and recurring issues, ensuring effective resolution with customers and suppliers
* Optimize testing processes by improving methods, frequencies, and data analysis; lead a team of three QMS experts
* Completed higher education in a scientific or technical field (preferably chemistry)
* Min. of 3 years of professional experience in quality management in a manufacturing industry
* Training in ISO 9001; any other standard is an advantage
* Training in Lean and Six Sigma (at least Green Belt) is an advantage
* Fluent in English; additional foreign languages are a plus

* Hours: Fulltime (38.5 h/w)
* Compensation: depending on the job-related experience & competencies, ~ EUR gross a year (based on the collective bargain agreement of the metal industry).
