Juristische Bewertung von Dokumenten sowie Beratung interner Stakeholder bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen

Koordination und Kommunikation mit externen Rechtsberatungen

Enge Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen zur Umsetzung rechtlicher Anforderungen

Durchführung interner Schulungen für Vertriebsmitarbeitende zu vertragsrelevanten Themen

Aktive Mitwirkung an der Vereinheitlichung globaler Vertragsrichtlinien und -prozesse

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertragswesen, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld oder einer Kanzlei

Fundierte Kenntnisse im internationalen Vertrags- und Wirtschaftsrecht, insbesondere in Dienstleistungs- und Anlagenbauverträgen

Verständnis für IT-rechtliche Themen und digitale Rechtsvorgaben, Grundkenntnisse im AGB-Recht von Vorteil

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und hohe IT-Affinität

Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, auch in verhandlungssicherem Kontext

Eigenständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Flexibilität
