Responsibilities
1. Drive the product strategy and roadmap based on Global Blue’s strategic direction and objectives, KPIs and consumer needs
2. Conduct analysis and research to identify opportunities to develop and optimize the user experience on mobile
3. Together with the commercial counterpart, manage the entire product life cycle
4. Drive and design a high quality user experience by partnering deeply with Design and User Experience
5. Defines the product requirements based on inputs from business units and technical interaction with engineering teams
6. Own, prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog
7. Promote the product to internal and external customers / partners
8. Analyse feature performance, product KPIs and customer feedback to improve the journey and overall experience

Qualifications and education requirements
17. 5+ years of experience in a similar Product Management position working with customer-facing mobile technology - ideally experience working in transactional environments (e.g. banking, insurance, etc…)
18. Completed education in the fields Business Informatics, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience
19. Proven ability to come up with new mobile products and develop them successfully in line with market needs and company strategy
20. Experience in working with distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment is highly desirable
21. Solid understanding of agile software development processes
22. Basic data analytics skills
23. Fluent in English
