About the role
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically skilled, IT-affine, and motivated personality with strong organizational talent and a high level of service orientation.
Main responsibilities
* Acting as an interface between customers, sales, engineering, and product management
* Project management of customer projects from pre-sales to after-sales
* Technical responsibility for the integration of various printing solutions, including project organization, planning, and implementation with a focus on workflow and vision inspection solutions
* Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions in-house and at customer sites
* Providing content-related support for product information
* Product support throughout the entire product life cycle
What you need to be successful
* Completed technical education (e.g., mechanical engineering)
* Strong IT affinity (cloud systems, ERP), mechanical engineering/design background
* Professional experience in project management in the integration of workflow solutions and camera/vision inspection systems (Nicelabel/Loftware, Bartender, Codesoft, Cognex, Quali Vision)
* Basic knowledge of software and automation
* Very good English
* German skills are a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
* Passion for working with new digital tools
* A team player with strong enthusiasm who inspires others
* Strong analytical thinking
* Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
* High level of service and customer orientation
