Unser Ziel ist, Veranstaltungen auf höchstem Niveau zu realisieren und MED-ELs Hörlösungen bestmöglich nach außen zu repräsentieren.
Your Tasks
* Administrative support and office management
* Scheduling coordination and travel planning
* Preparation and design of presentations
* Organization of meetings and minute-taking in German and English
* Support in the conception, organization, and execution of trainings, workshops, and conferences
Your Profile
* Completed commercial or business-related education (e.g., HAK, HBLA or equivalent)
* Initial professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
* Good user skills in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Independent working style combined with a personable and open-minded attitude
* Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken

Further Information
Minimum Salary:
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 38,183,60.
Earliest Entry Date:
This position is to be filled immediately.
Temporary Position:
This position is limited until 30-Jun-27.
