Job Description
Candidate key responsibilities:
* Provide technical support in order to maximize charging stations uptime.
* Debug systems and perform remote diagnostics on field failures by implementing the procedures for anomaly management within the agreed contractual SLAs, acting remotely or, when necessary, engaging contractors for on-site activities.
* Coordinate onsite root cause analysis, service, repair, and maintenance actions.
* Plan and supervise both scheduled and corrective maintenance activities, verifying their outcomes.
* Ordering and handling of spare parts with external suppliers.
* Support in developing processes, documentation, and diagnostic knowledge for standard service actions.
* Work closely with engineering and operations central team to ensure new issues are efficiently investigated and that corrective measures are implemented.
* Provide on-call availability for second-level support.
* Travel in Milan HQ or German office when required for internal workshops or regional meetings.
Candidate Qualifications And Skills
* Technical degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 3–5 years of experience as a field service technician, ideally with similar industry.
* Knowledge of MV and LV electrical systems management and key HSE topics related to maintenance activities.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams within the context of an MV or LV site electrical plan.
* Willingness to travel regularly – sometimes on short notice and for extended periods – with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, and hold a valid driver's license.
* Availability for off-hours calls and assignments.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with external partners.
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); Italian language would be a plus.
* Strong self-management skills with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and challenges simultaneously
* Familiarity with IT, Telco, infrastructure monitoring, or e-mobility technologies is highly valued.
* Skilled in presentations, reporting, and using Microsoft Office.
