About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Delivery Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our Delivery department at the BYD Delivery Centre.
This role is critical in ensuring vehicles are presented and delivered to the highest standards, on time, and in line with manufacturer and company requirements.
Working closely with the BYD Delivery Operations Manager you will help lead the team, manage workflow, and ensure exceptional customer experience on their new delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Delivery department
Ensuring highest standard of Customer Service and creating amazing Guest experiences
Coordinate vehicle flow to meet delivery deadlines
Assist with staff training, performance monitoring, and scheduling
Promote a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
Overseeing a team of 8+ employees
Skills & Experience
High attention to detail
Customer service background, highly regarded
Sales license, highly regarded, however not required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license
