Your role at Dynatrace
* Together with your team you’re working on core components of the Davis Causal AI.
* As a lateral leader, you are part of the development team and lead by example, through building trust and coaching/mentoring your team members.
* Contribute to your team’s product domain as a software engineer, engage in technical and architecture discussions, design and implement cutting‑edge features in Davis AI root cause analysis, optimize performance and ensure the reliability and resilience of the services in your domain.
* Empower and support your team members in their daily work, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
* Conduct 1‑on‑1 and personal feedback talks with team members to support their growth.
* Take an active role in hiring by conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
* Lead the onboarding of new colleagues to ensure a smooth integration process.
* Support your team members in their career development and provide promotion suggestions.
* Advocate Dynatrace’s culture, promoting its values and principles within the team.
What will help you succeed
* Technical study related to Software Engineering or a related field.
* Several years of experience in Java software development.
* Familiar with working in an agile environment.
* Team player with a proactive approach, ability to inspire colleagues.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with team members and stakeholders.
* Being able to express ideas and share concepts fluently in English.
* Prior experience in mentoring and leading a development team.
