Currently we are looking for a new colleague to our Procurement team in Brunn am Gebirge the following role:
Procurement Senior Specialist (f/m)
Purpose of the job:
Responsible for direct & indirect procurement processes of different TTI locations on global level, reporting to Procurement Head
Aufgaben
The procurement senior specialist in relation to the scope of responsibility as defined above will:
* Participate strategic sourcing & market research activities for technical and non-technical related purchasing requests for TTI entities.
* Conclude RFx and bidding processes and negotiations with potential vendors to obtain the best price of products and service with desired terms and conditions
* Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimize benefits for TTI.
* Prepare cost analysis tables to evaluate total cost of ownership
* Create Purchase Orders via SAP system and follow up the approval process
* Coordinate procurement activities to be consistent with TTI Group Company policies
* Arrange preparations of contracts in relation with Legal Unit and perform contract negotiations with the vendors related to all purchasing activities
* Follow up the renewal and termination of contracts through the Document and Contract Management System, ensuring contract compliance by applying SLA and penalty conditions of them
* Coordinate and track vendor performance evaluations and take required actions due to result of the evaluation
* Provide budget and procurement related statistical data and reports for senior management
* Identify and execute savings opportunities while improving service level
* Working closely with relevant business units to support their initiatives and plans
* Ensure and follow up the updated vendor and material master data in SAP system
* Participate supplier relationship management and continuous improvement initiatives for key and strategic suppliers and hold regular business reviews to assure timely implementation
* Initiate and implement process improvements which support the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement process
* Carry out vendor management relations with multinational companies
Profil
* University/College degree
* Min 5 years of proven experience in procurement
* Strong experience in direct & indirect procurement
* SAP MM Module knowledge
* Self-motivated and strong conflict resolution skills
* Strong work ethic
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skill set), MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
* Willingness to travel
* Advanced level English and German knowledge
