The Hub VIE Experience Team at Austrian Airlines designs and continuously improves the customer journey at Vienna Airport – from passenger arrival to boarding.
As part of the Customer Experience & Hospitality Department, we collaborate closely with colleagues from flight operations to test new ideas directly in live operations, optimize processes, and develop solutions that enhance the overall travel experience.
You’ll be a true part of the team – right in the middle of the action:
* You support daily operational activities within airport operations
* You contribute to projects that improve the passenger experience
* You analyze and enhance service and ground processes
* You help to develop and implement new customer experience initiatives
* You prepare presentations, analyses, and reports
* You assist in the evaluation of customer feedback
Requirements
What you bring:
* You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
* You bring a hands‑on mindset and enthusiasm for turning ideas into action
* You have very good German and English skills
* You work in a structured, independent, and solution‑oriented manner
* You demonstrate strong communication skills, curiosity, and a team‑oriented attitude
* You have a genuine interest in the aviation industry and airport operations
* You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
