Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
* Be responsible for the joint development of power technologies in collaboration with the technology development group, including leading technology ramp‑up after production release.
* Develop and optimize process integrations to enhance stability, reliability, and yield while reducing production costs.
* Identify root causes and define sustainable corrective actions in response to process deviations.
* Sustain volume production by bringing in know‑how about process and equipment capabilities.
* Execute delivery decisions for production goods and utilize statistical methods for yield planning and enhancement.
* Analyze and interpret electrical characterizations for various power technologies from a product engineering perspective.
* Serve as the technical point of contact for production, quality management, the business unit, and backend manufacturing sites.
Your Profile
Qualifications and Skills to Help You Succeed
* University degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Mathematics, or a comparable scientific field.
* A proven team player with an open‑minded and proactive communication style.
* A structured and precise work style, characterized by a high level of accuracy and organization.
* Experience with methods and tools for statistical evaluation and data processing.
* Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage.
Benefits

The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. Compensation can be higher depending on expertise and skills.
