About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Manager – Permanent Makeup to take ownership of our brand strategy, portfolio management, and market positioning. This is a hands-on role in a lean, high-performing team where you will be responsible for establishing the brand foundation, optimizing our product portfolio, and driving digital marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Responsibilities
* Brand Strategy & Management
* Define and implement the brand strategy for the Permanent Makeup category.
* Establish a structured approach to brand building, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Oversee brand positioning, storytelling, and differentiation in a highly competitive market.
* Conduct portfolio evaluation, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
* Perform competitive analysis, mapping key players, pricing, and market trends.
* Work closely with R&D and product teams to assess product performance and innovation needs.
* Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
* Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for permanent makeup across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
* Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to increase visibility.
* Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies based on engagement and conversion data.
* Monitor and follow up on key parameters for all marketing campaigns, both digital and commercial, ensuring KPIs and business objectives are met.
* Work cross-functionally with e-commerce, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Partner with designers, videographers, and social media creators to create compelling content.
* Drive the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in brand management, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or a related industry.
Required Skills
* Strong analytical skills for portfolio evaluation, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.
* Hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
* Passion for permanent makeup, beauty, or aesthetics is a plus.
