We are looking for a person who wants to take on a pioneer role to build the foundation and to create and shape the future of our collaboration with our affiliates around the globe. Starting as an HR Manager for our Affiliates, you will have the opportunity to shape and grow into the role of an HR Business Partner at Croma – be the creator of your own future. Along the way you are embedded in a local team who will be your sparring partners.
* You build a bond with stakeholders in our global affiliates and you become the HR voice from and to our affiliates
* You develop processes for HR items and ensure local implementation
* You implement HR topics and provide guidance on HR policies
* You have the overview of our employees in the affiliates – personnel controlling is in your hands
* You detect which structures, processes or solutions should be next in the pipeline to be implemented and how it can be achieved. It is your turn to make recommendations on mid‑term and long‑term solutions to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Your Qualifications And Skills
* Fluent in German and English
* Experience in HR (at least 3 years, preferably in an international environment)
* You find the right words when dealing with your fellow human beings
* You have the drive to shape things yourself and want to develop yourself and your environment further

We offer
* Collective agreement for the chemical industry, 38 hours a week – the minimum gross salary according to the KV is EUR 59.781,96 for this position. The actual salary depends on the specific qualification and experience.
