Event Logistics Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our setup crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of events worldwide.
Your primary focus will be on managing the setup and loading/unloading of tracks, furniture, and equipment at event sites and warehouses. You will lead a team of skilled professionals in maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing budgets, and implementing efficient logistics processes.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event setup, including tracking inventories, preparing loading lists, and coordinating with transport teams.
A strong understanding of budget management is essential, as you will be responsible for allocating resources effectively to ensure successful events.
As a hands-on coordinator, you will work closely with warehouse staff to manage inventory, load/unload goods, and maintain storage facilities.
You will also be responsible for creating distribution guides, assembling furniture, and supervising on-site warehouses.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability are crucial in this role, as you will need to navigate changing circumstances and priorities during events.
