About You:
CatholicCare is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Manager for Quality, Safeguarding, Risk, and Compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior management role, strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management: Develop, implement, monitor, and review CatholicCare’s Quality Management System and Practice Framework. Lead audits, manage complaints and incidents, and oversee policy and procedures.
2. Risk Management: Develop and implement a new Risk Management Framework. Lead quarterly reviews, manage critical incidents, and coordinate privacy breach investigations.
3. Safeguarding: Develop and monitor safeguarding policies and procedures. Oversee investigations, implement training programs, and manage incident reporting.
4. Compliance: Oversee compliance monitoring systems, assist with licensing and compliance requirements, and review contracts for compliance obligations.
5. Senior Leadership: Contribute to the development and implementation of CatholicCare’s Strategic Plan. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and other staff to achieve key results.
Requirements for the role:
1. Degree in a relevant field.
2. Demonstrated leadership skills.
3. Experience in interpreting and applying legislative requirements and ISO/sector standards.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures.
5. Thorough understanding of continuous quality improvement and risk management principles.
