As our new Senior Director Module Accelerator, you will take the strategic lead of Infineon’s IBC Module Program. You will drive our roadmap forward, steer a high-performing global team, and work closely with customers and internal leadership to deliver excellence across our product lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Business Line Head, you’ll hold end-to-end responsibility for the program’s technical and commercial success .
In your new role you will
Be the head of the IBC Module Program and define the global roadmap and business strategy
Together with your key stakeholders you define and support the manufacturing and go-to-market (G2M) strategies
Lead and grow an international marketing team, including technical marketing
Oversee and steer execution across global R&D activities
Act as a key interface to customers and drive strategic alignment
Be a core member of the Business Line leadership team and contribute to overarching direction
You are a visionary leader with strong strategic thinking, and bring a rare blend of technical depth and business acumen. You thrive in a fast-paced global environment and excel at building bridges between innovation, operations, and customer needs.
To excel in this role, you should have
A university degree (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar)
Business experience, ideally complemented by an MBA
A solid track record in the power conversion environment, ideally experience in the IBC module development, manufacturing and/or deployment
Experience in bringing up ventures or driving business development of new markets
Proven leadership experience across international and cross-functional teams
A well-established network in the module ecosystem
Excellent communication skills in English. German skills are a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. When staffed in Austria the employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group K. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
