* Work together with a global team to introduce new systems to the market for the assembly of leading-edge products such as high-power CPUs and High Bandwidth Memory.
* Participate in R&D projects related to product definition, requirement analyses, and in-house as well as customer trials.
* Contribute your comprehensive technical know-how to product and problem solutions through structured knowledge transfer between the product line, R&D team, and regional support centers.
* Carry out assessments, benchmarks, and demos to ensure our systems remain up-to-date.
* Support Sales and Customer Project Managers during pre-sales activities.
* Conduct training on existing and future platforms for Service engineers and customers.
Your capacity for excellence
* Completed studies at a higher educational institute (university or technical college) or relevant work experience in a technical field, preferably in technical support.
* High level of commitment and dedication, flexibility.
* Customer-oriented mindset and action.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Strong language skills in German and English to perform job duties effectively.
* Willingness to travel (Asia, USA, EU).
