ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Leads to define and refine detailed product requirements based on customer needs.Design robust and scalable system architectures aligned with defined requirements and customer use cases.Define and drive system integration and validation concepts and plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.Support product development teams throughout implementation and validation phases, ensuring high product quality and technical excellence.Act as a technical interface to key customers from product definition through production ramp‑up, proactively addressing new requirements and complex system issues.Conduct in‑depth technical investigations of competitor products to identify trends and opportunities.Actively participate and influence standardization activities in the RFID, UHF area (e.g., EPC).Engage and collaborate with global teams, contributing technical leadership across regions.QualificationsBachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, with 15+ years of relevant industry experience.Proven expertise in system architecture development for UHF RFID, wearables, or IoT devices.Solid understanding of wireless communication technologies and radio systems.Basic knowledge of UHF measurement techniques.Understanding of product development lifecycles and engineering processes.Excellent communication, abstraction, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.Technical Security ResponsibilityThe successful candidate may be responsible for security‑related tasks and may be in scope of security certifications, requiring a conscious and reliable working approach.Compensation & BenefitsMarket‑competitive compensation according to benchmarking in the electronic and semiconductor industry.Employment group VI after 2 years, as per the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) “Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Gewerbe und Handwerk und in der Dienstleistung”.Benefits include home office, flexible working time, meal benefits, and more.EEO StatementDue to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the employment group of our applicable collective bargaining agreement.
