Account Manager – EMEA Agency Sales – Austria

You’ll be the face of Travelport for a portfolio of mid‑tier agencies and partners, building relationships that go beyond transactions. Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of mid‑tier travel agency accounts in Austria, driving retention, growth, and profitability.
Develop and execute account plans that leverage deep knowledge of the Austrian travel market to deliver customer success and competitive advantage.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
Negotiate and renew contracts, ensuring alignment with Travelport’s commercial objectives and customer needs.
Operate as a self‑starter, independently prioritizing, problem‑solving, and mobilizing internal resources to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications
Deep understanding of the Austrian travel industry, including key players, market dynamics, and distribution trends.
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, comfortable operating as a self‑starter in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in account management, contract negotiation, and driving revenue growth.
Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
