The Role
Due to continued growth and an impressive development pipeline, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Services Manager to join the business and play a key role in the delivery of large-scale apartment towers up to 40 levels.
Reporting directly to senior project leadership, you will oversee the coordination and delivery of all building services packages from design development through to commissioning and completion.
This role will suit a technically strong and commercially astute professional who enjoys working within collaborative project teams and delivering high-quality outcomes on complex residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the coordination and delivery of all building services across high-rise residential projects
* Oversee mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, vertical transport, and smart building systems
* Lead design coordination processes with consultants, subcontractors, and delivery teams
* Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, shop drawings, and commissioning documentation
* Drive programme, quality, compliance, and buildability outcomes across all services disciplines
* Manage procurement and coordination of specialist services subcontractors
* Ensure successful commissioning, defect resolution, and project handover
About You
* Proven experience as a Building Services Manager, Services Engineer, or similar role within the construction industry
* Strong background delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use high-rise developments
* Experience working on apartment towers up to 40 levels will be highly regarded
* Degree and/or trade qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic disciplines
* Strong understanding of design coordination, services delivery, and stakeholder management
* Ability to manage complex building services packages across multiple project stages
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Ideally 7+ years’ experience within a principal contractor or consultancy environment
