Responsibilities
* Provide application‑based knowledge to support our customers. Prepare and execute presentations for events, trainings, workshops, webinars, etc.
* Conduct onsite and online trainings and technical demonstrations.
* Proactively participate at exhibitions, conferences, and user meetings.
* Publish and support scientific papers, application notes, and marketing material.
* Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers. Work closely with our international marketing and sales team to support technical inquiries.
* Act as a knowledge provider and interface within the organization. Provide customer feedback within the organization. Contribute to continuous development and improvement of our products and services.
* Work with reporting and strategic development tools: MS Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerBI Analytics, Cloud and AI tools.
Qualifications
* Degree in electrical engineering (technical college, university of applied sciences, technical university, or equivalent).
* Experience in protection systems including basics of IEC 61850 is a plus.
* Fluency in German and good English skills.
* Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
* Analytical thinking and ability to work across processes and structures.
* Willingness to travel (up to 30%) within Central Europe.
