Job Title: Regional IT Service Delivery Manager
Description:
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of IT services to all regional locations, ensuring that they meet performance, quality, and operational standards.
* Manage and maintain the IT Service Catalog for the Region CEE
* Act as the primary point of contact for IT service requests, incidents, and escalations across the region
* Collaborate with Regional Management to develop and maintain regional IT service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Define and improve processes and rules to ensure prompt resolution to minimize downtime and impact on business operations
* Continuously evaluate and improve IT services through user feedback, performance metrics, and ongoing service reviews
* Maintain accurate documentation of IT service operations, including incident reports, service performance, and process workflows
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
* Extensive knowledge of business processes and a solid understanding of IT systems and technologies, including ITIL principles
* 3 to 5 years of experience in IT service management or a related IT operations role
* Proficient English communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
* Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
