Property Manager Opportunities (2 Roles)
I am currently recruiting for two well-established North Brisbane agencies, each offering excellent Property Management opportunities within supportive and structured teams.
Both businesses are known for strong systems, supportive leadership and excellent internal support, allowing Property Managers to focus on managing their portfolios well rather than being overwhelmed with administration.
Role 1 – Property Manager (Step‑Up Opportunity)
This opportunity is ideal for an Assistant Property Manager ready to step up into managing their own portfolio with strong support and structured systems in place.
* Starting portfolio of approximately 90 properties
* Portfolio will grow gradually to around 150 properties
You will NOT be responsible for:
* $80K – $85K + Super
* Work from home 1–2 days per week
* Strong internal support and training
* Excellent systems and processes
* Supportive team environment
This role offers a great pathway into full portfolio management.
Role 2 – Senior Property Manager
North Brisbane | $90K + Super | 2 Days WFH | Assistant + VA Support
This is a senior‑level portfolio management position suited to an experienced Property Manager who enjoys focusing on landlord relationships and portfolio oversight rather than heavy administration.
* Manage approximately 160 properties
* Dedicated in‑house Leasing Consultant
* Dedicated in‑house Field agents completing routine inspections and Entry Condition Reports
About You
* Experience in Property Management within QLD
* Strong understanding of tenancy legislation
* Highly organised and confident managing a portfolio
* Professional communicator with landlords and tenants
