The role manages inventory accuracy, transportation planning, and alignment with Customer Service on order releases and deliveries. It also oversees month‑end activities, stock controls, and performance execution with logistics partners. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, the analyst proactively identifies inefficiencies, gathers feedback, and drives enhancements to elevate service quality and operational efficiency.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields, plus fluent English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) are a strong plus.Proven analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive, service‑oriented mindset and a holistic view of end‑to‑end processes.Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, conflict‑management, and influencing‑without‑authority capabilities, effective in cross‑cultural environments.Proficiency in O365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and ERP systems, particularly SAP; CRM or continuous improvement/lean knowledge is desirable.Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or related areas; experience in pulp/paper/packaging, ocean freight, terminal operations, or international trade (Incoterms, compliance) is a plus.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:Manage inbound shipments, ensuring smooth discharge operations, productivity monitoring, and timely delivery coordination.Perform inventory control, including stock accuracy validation, reconciliations, adjustments, and participation in annual stock counts.Execute cost management activities, such as cost control, accruals, and validation of service provider invoices.Monitor and evaluate logistics service providers, assessing performance against contracts and managing logistics-related claims as well as support to manage inland freight.Maintain logistics master data in the ERP system and support reporting and analytical activities.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including terminal operators, freight forwarders, carriers, and shipping partners.Participate in logistics projects and audit activities, contributing to continuous process improvement and compliance.We are pleased to offer an attractive compensation and benefits package for this role, which includes:A competitive base salary starting at € 3,600 gross monthly.Meal allowance €280 gross monthlyGym membership benefitTransport ticket for the Vienna regionMental Health PlatformHybrid work possibility (2-3 days of home office per week) in our modern officeAs a global company, we take pride in our diverse workforce and place a strong emphasis on equal opportunities and diversity.
