Position Overview
Assistant Manager (m/w/d) drives sales results, improve customer experience, coordinate store operations and lead a team.
Responsibilities
* Drive sales and analyze retail performance.
* Provide best‑in‑class customer service and support.
* Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including opening/closing, floor presentation, stockroom management.
* Lead, recruit, train, schedule and develop store personnel.
* Maintain store visual merchandising, product knowledge, and styling recommendations.
* Ensure compliance with safety and asset protection standards.
* Communicate effectively across all levels.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or 1 year supervisory experience customer‑facing role.
* Fluency (B2) in English & German.
* Strong problem‑solving, multi‑tasking and fast‑paced adaptability.
* Team player, self‑starter, results‑oriented mindset.
* Experience or interest in fashion industry.
