Design the future of complex digital products.
Your Role & Responsibilities
* You conceptualize, design, and optimize digital products and services – from the initial idea to final implementation.
* You create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs, and continuously iterate on them.
* You work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders, supporting the implementation of your designs through to go-live.
* You conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis, and derive actionable improvements.
* You ensure a consistent user experience across all touchpoints and actively contribute to design systems and UI guidelines.
* You prepare and facilitate workshops (e.g., for requirements definition, ideation, or concept validation).
* You present your concepts and designs convincingly to clients and internal teams.
* You apply current UX/UI best practices and tools in your daily work and continuously improve existing solutions.
