Job Description
Join our Global Expertise Center Infrastructure and help drive the success of large-scale infrastructure projects around the world. As a Senior Engineer / Project Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping tailored heavy shoring solutions for infrastructure construction—bringing technical expertise, creativity, and customer focus to every phase of the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted technical advisor to our global customers, identifying needs and delivering smart, customized solutions.
Lead the technical design process from tendering to project execution, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality outcomes.
Develop innovative heavy shoring & formwork concepts for international projects, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance on equipment usage, jobsite support, and technical troubleshooting.
Visit project sites as needed to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.

Qualifications
A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (HTL, FH, or University level).
5 years of experience in formwork or steel structure design, ideally in large infrastructure projects.
Strong 3D CAD skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar).
A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international team.
Excellent English communication skills (any other language is a plus).
Willingness to travel and support projects abroad after onboarding.
