* Meeting Deadlines, Budget & Quality Requirements: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within approved budget, and in full compliance with technical, safety, and quality requirements. Monitor progress continuously and initiate corrective actions when needed.
* Customer‑Oriented Project Scoping: Work closely with Product Managers, markets, and customers to define project requirements, validate user needs, and ensure that resulting solutions create tangible value and competitive advantage.
* Driving Decision-Making & Project Momentum: Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders by providing clear data, structured analysis, and transparent trade-offs. Maintain project momentum and ensure decisive progress toward key deliverables.
* Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as the main communication interface between project teams, management, and external partners. Deliver concise updates, prepare decision documents, and ensure alignment across all levels.
* Ensuring Compliance with Standards & Processes: Apply Doka’s project management and innovation process frameworks, governance processes, and technical standards to ensure consistency, reliability, and professional execution across all innovation projects.
* Handover to Implementation: Ensure a smooth transition from development to market introduction by collaborating closely with Product Managers, sales, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
