Department Description:
Market and Static Data Management: The Department consists of 3 sub-teams. One takes care of the master data supply (Gattung). The second takes care of market data supply and presentation for our internal and external customers. The third is about the presentation, distribution and content for the research area. We are looking for a person that takes ownership, has good communication skills, is customer oriented and has a strong technical background.
What to do:
10. Software development in SQL and/or Cobol, DB2 on the IBM mainframe
11. Be responsible for analysis, design, development and maintenance of software components for the securities back office
12. Write functional and technical specifications as well as software documentation
13. Collaborate closely with customers’ business and specialist departments, advising them on system capabilities and implementation options
14. Work on IT projects with regards to securities master data, corporate actions, taxes in the securities business, etc
15. Very good command of English, German is a plus

16. A proven track-record of 5+ years working in IT or banking industry
17. Knowledge of banking and the domain securities business and products (e.g. securities, bonds)
18. Development experience on Mainframe in COBOL/DB2 environment
19. Application lifecycle knowledge such as planning, requirements analysis, implementation, operation
20. Monitoring of daily operations and willingness to perform on call duty, including at night
21. Ability to work well with people and quickly establish good working relationships with clients
22. Team player who likes to work in agile teams taking full responsibility for defined tasks.

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 62,790,- gross per year.
