YOUR TASKS
* In this key role, you are responsible for implementing the global quality and environmental policies within the Loader Cranes product line and ensuring the highest quality and safety standards across the entire product lifecycle
* You manage quality and compliance activities in development projects and act as a QM coordinator and gatekeeper throughout the product development process (PDP)
* In this context, you develop and maintain quality and safety standards, lead the Q-Circle (PAL-Q) within the global product line, and ensure effective follow-up on issues using the 8D methodology
* By developing and analyzing meaningful quality KPIs, you drive targeted optimization measures and promote continuous improvement of products and processes
* Furthermore, you manage internal interfaces, provide technical support in enhancing the existing claims management system, and contribute your expertise to strengthening the global quality culture at PALFINGER
Your Qualifications
* Technical degree or engineering qualification (TU/FH/HTL) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field, with several years of experience in international quality management, including ISO 9001, as well as project and process management
* Strong expertise in common QM methods (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Ishikawa, 5Why) and proficient in MS Office and SAP
* High customer focus, experience handling complaints, with excellent communication skills, initiative, flexibility, and resilience. Independent, solution-oriented, and well-organized, with a strong sense of responsibility
* Willingness to travel at least 20%
* Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is
EUR 52.197,04
per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
