Manage sales controlling in a matrix organization (Sales, Plants, Group)
Ensure transparent, standardized sales and profitability figures, including corresponding KPIs
Translate analyses into clear actions and decisions for Sales Management and sales organisation
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning in changing market conditions
Balance commercial agility with group governance and compliance
Deliver reliable reporting for management, sustainability, and audits
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sales Controlling, Finance, or Commercial Excellence, in a global matrix group
Excellent know how of Excel / Power BI and advanced in SAP (SD/CO)
Proven experience in sales planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis
Analytical, structured, and hands‑on working style with business mindset
Strong communication skills, able to challenge and influence Sales stakeholders
Business‑fluent English
