About This Role
As Marketing Manager Austria (m/w/d), you’ll be a key part of the Austrian marketing team and ensure all activities align with our Austrian brand (Lieferando) across relevant touchpoints. From beginning to end, you’re able to plan, execute and evaluate effective marketing activities. Working on a range of projects, such as local campaigns, activation and PR, you liaise with stakeholders to ensure everything we produce has the right ingredients for Austria. Our marketing team is split across Vienna and Amsterdam.

Key components of the position
* Lead and coordinate partner facing marketing campaigns (eg for restaurants and retailers) together with Sales. Ensure execution across touchpoints such as CRM or POS by managing budgets, briefing relevant marketing teams, agencies, and more.
* Lead and coordinate campaigns towards delivery couriers (independent contractor) together with local Logistics teams and other marketing stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with local teams such as Sales, Corporate Communications, Logistics and agencies, as well as with HQ-based teams such as CRM, Digital & Performance Marketing, Data or Product & Tech.
* Define KPIs to measure campaign success, analyse performance, and identify local opportunities to boost ROI and market share growth.
What will you bring to the team?
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), very good knowledge of the Austrian market is a must.
* Comfortable collaborating with various internal & external parties.
* 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an e-commerce or FMCG environment.
* Excellent prioritisation, planning, and project management skills.
* Experience with some of these channels is required: digital media, POS, CRM.
* Able to work independently with a highly proactive, strategic and data-driven approach.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Experience with Slack, G‑Suite, Jira and Tableau is preferred.
