JOIN OUR TEAM
As our Head of Finance (f/m/x), you'll take full responsibility for our financial operations across Europe. You act as a strategic sparring partner to the management team, lead our finance team, and ensure compliance with both local and international financial and regulatory requirements. You oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across countries and currencies. You keep the big picture in mind, make numbers understandable, and align finance with the business.
WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU
* Preferred degree in Accounting
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally including leadership responsibilities
* Hands-on experience with month-end closing procedures and financial analysis
* Solid knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAPs
* Experience with ERP systems (Business Central) is a plus
* Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a hands-on approach

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Full responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (for both group and local entities)
* Preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
* Ensuring compliance with international and local accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS, local GAAP)
* Translate numbers into actionable insights for the management team
* Development and oversight of internal control systems, including SOX compliance
* Coordination of internal and external audits, including preparation of required documentation (for both group and statutory audits)
* Active leadership, coaching and development of the European finance team
* Ability to analyze transactions and trace through Business Central
* Responsibility for tax and regulatory reporting (including VAT), banking operations, and audit readiness
* Involvement in international projects and continuous process improvements
* Manage Business Central as the main point of contact
