We are partnered with a globally renowned CDMO who offer a range of services across small molecule & large molecule development and manufacturing.
As part of their 2026 strategy, they are looking to add a Business Development Manager for their small molecule API division. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company within the drug substance business unit.
Responsibilities
* Identify partnership opportunities with new and existing customers
* Develop new relationships to grow business and help company expand
* Maintain existing business accounts within the DACH territory
* Attend various trade shows and conferences representing the organisation
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
* 3 - 4 years' prior business development experience within the small molecule space
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales development strategies
* Willingness to travel internationally to attend conferences and customer meetings
