Key Responsibilities
Champion the brand promise of The Ritz‑Carlton by ensuring all marketing and communications reflect the highest standards of excellence, storytelling and emotional connection.
Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing & Communications strategy that strengthens the hotel’s positioning and drives revenue across all segments.
Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity and messaging across all guest touchpoints, in alignment with brand standards.
Lead the creation and curation of refined digital and print materials, with a focus on showcasing rooms, food and beverage and unique guest experiences.
Direct all Public Relations activities, cultivating strong relationships with local and international media to enhance the hotel’s reputation.
Serve as the primary contact for media and communications, ensuring all interactions reflect professionalism, discretion and brand integrity.
Identify storytelling opportunities that bring the property’s unique character to life.
Oversee the hotel’s digital presence, including website and OTA platforms, ensuring content is inspiring, accurate and optimised.
Guide and host media visits, influencer collaborations and brand experiences.
Monitor market trends, guest insights and media coverage to proactively identify opportunities and elevate brand presence.
Foster strong collaboration with Sales, Revenue and operational teams to ensure alignment with the hotel’s strategic priorities.
Manage agency partners and ensure all deliverables meet brand expectations and quality standards.
