1. Responsible for ensuring high‑quality, on‑time and scope‑compliant delivery of all projects within the business unit.
2. Ensures transparent communication on status, risks and decision needs to avoid escalations at an early stage.
3. Critically reviews logistics concepts, project progress and schedules while actively promoting continuous improvements.
4. Aligns decisions jointly with the Business Unit whenever topics lie outside the project organization.
5. Participates in management and steering meetings, conducts project‑related site visits, attends customer appointments and supports test phases both on site and in‑house.
6. Requests additional resources from the line organization and provides structured feedback and improvement impulses.
7. Measures success through relevant KPIs such as on‑time delivery, quality and escalation prevention.

8. Several years of experience in managing logistics or intralogistics projects and the ability to think in interconnected systems.
9. A technical or business‑related education (FH/University) combined with strong project management skills is required.
10. Strong understanding of intralogistics processes and operational workflows, ideally including KNAPP systems.
11. Confident, decisive and solution‑oriented behavior, even in unclear or demanding situations.
12. Ability to lead through influence, motivate teams and actively share knowledge.
13. Confident communication skills in both German and English, combined with willingness to travel.

The collective agreement minimum salary is EUR 4,371.19 gross per month. A market‑aligned overpayment is offered depending on qualifications and experience.
