Job description
As Deputy Manager, you will support and assist the Manager in achieving a store in line with company standards. You supervise your department and coordinate staff members.
Main responsibilities
* Ensure that objectives are met and procedures are followed with regard to: safety, cash desk management, administration management, health and safety.
* Monitor and respect time budgets.
* Create daily and weekly schedules.
* Follow the following procedures: payroll and system payroll department (TGT).
* HR: sickness and long periods of absenteeism.
* Recruitment: anticipate, plan with low-cost initiatives.
* Communicate with head office, HR manager and/or sales managers.
* Ensure a pleasant working climate.
* Monitor and develop sales teams (potential program).
* Manage product flow on the sales floor.
* Analyze sales indicators and implement an appropriate sales action plan to increase sales results.
* Manage the smooth running of the store: sales areas, checkouts, fitting rooms, reserves, and other departments.
