A well-established industrial company located in the Salzburg area is looking for an experienced and reliable finance professional to take full responsibility for accounting and financial reporting of several operating entities.
Your responsibilities:
Independent handling of day-to-day accounting and full responsibility for closing activities of selected entities
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with UGB (Austrian GAAP)
Coordination with external tax advisors and preparation of tax-related filings
Active participation in the optimization and automation of accounting processes and systems
Close collaboration with internal departments and Group Controlling
Optional: support in payroll accounting (BMD) if prior experience is available
Your profile:
Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK or equivalent)
Passed accountant certification (Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung)
At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a corporate or larger business environment
Strong affinity for digital tools, automation, and structured financial processes
Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
Experience with Power BI is a plus
Hands-on attitude and solution-oriented way of working
Fluent in German
Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
