This position reports to: Product Owner
Your Role & Responsibilities
You will provide vital administrative support within the R&D - Product Group Controls in Austria, acting as a point of contact for enquiries, initiating actions and assisting with resolution. Performing a variety of complex administrative activities, you will be instrumental in the smooth running of processes and procedures within the business. In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month.
Support development teams by implementing product changes and coordinating sample orders
Manage SAP-related activities, including analysis and actions for the Product Group
Create controlling reports for R&D investigations within Product Group Controls
Improve administrative processes and collaborate with R&D to develop new products and accelerate adoption

What it takes to Run what runs the world
Technical or economic degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (Macro, Pivot)
SAP experience
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, with good planning skills
A friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a motivated, can‑do approach to tasks
Very good German skills
Basic English skills

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 52.853,78 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2025. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
