To strengthen our team, we are looking for software developers, process understanders and digitalizers (f/m/d).
Responsibilities
Independent analysis, modeling and documentation of business processes
Identification of critical process weaknesses, optimization potentials and technical dependencies
Systematic analysis and evaluation of process data as a basis for improvements
Development of solution concepts with focus on digitalization for the open-source ERP system Odoo (www.odoo.com )
Preparation and execution of necessary coordination and workshops
Project management for ERP implementation projects for customers
System configuration incl. data migration in close coordination with development team and strategists
Execution of trainings for the introduction of the implemented processes
Completed business or technical education (e.g. business informatics)
at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of process and project management (experience in a manufacturing company an advantage)
Experience in the management of digital processes (ideally with enterprise resource planning processes)
Experience in requirements engineering and project management
Experience in customer support is an advantage
Knowledge of the basic architecture of IT infrastructure and ERP software solutions (ideally: Odoo)
Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
confident handling of Microsoft Excel
Convincing presentation and moderation skills as well as strong interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external teams
good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

We offer a part-time (from 30 h) or full-time position (38.5 hours per week) and are looking forward to reinforcements as of now. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 3.077 gross per month (ST1/entry level). We will determine your actual salary together. It is in line with the market and depends on qualifications and previous experience.
