We’ve just restructured our revenue teams, creating a dedicated Business Development function (separate from Account Management). As a BDM in Vienna, you’ll be part of this evolution — working closely with local tech ecosystems, attending events, and building relationships that turn into lasting partnerships.
What You’ll Do
* Build pipeline and close deals with startup founders, CTOs, and product leaders.
* Lead tailored discovery, design solutions, and navigate high-value, consultative sales in fast-moving environments.
* Use tools like Clay, n8n, and Apollo to automate pipeline-building and follow-ups.
* Collaborate with Delivery and Legal teams to align on scope, commercials, and readiness.
* Participate in local tech and VC events to generate opportunities, contribute marketing and GTM ideas based on client feedback, and support client success post-close for seamless handoff to account management.
What You Bring
* 4–6+ years in B2B business development, tech services, or recruitment sales.
* Track record of closing €1M+ in self‑sourced business annually.
* Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.
* Product‑aware and technical enough to hold your own in conversations with CTOs.
* Curious about AI and automation and excited to use it in your workflow.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where ownership matters.
* Business‑level fluency in German and English.
