Your territory
As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across key markets, focusing on creative direction and strategy optimization
Develop and execute impactful ad creatives in collaboration with marketing and design teams to ensure alignment with brand and platform best practice
Coordinate A/B testing efforts and analyze results to drive strategic campaign improvements
Explore and evaluate new platforms, expanding our advertising reach and identifying high-impact growth opportunities
Stay ahead of industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies for growth

Your profile
Key requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in social Media advertising with a strong preference for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram); experience with TikTok Ads or other platforms is a plus
Demonstrated proficiency with digital marketing principles and tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio
Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities, coupled with a proactive attitude
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Valid Austrian work permit
