Facilities Assistant (m/f/d)
In this role you will be responsible for providing support to assist the Team in Customer Service including accounting & finance, administration tasks and covering reception. This role would be ideally suited to someone who is able to demonstrate a high levels of customer service at all times.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Team by taking care of administrative tasks as
* Coordinating appointments client – suppliers- inhouse technicians - Landlords
* Responsible for the archiving and filing of documents
* Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
* Ensure prompt and accurate process of POE (Utilities) and NON-POE invoices
* Keep various work documents up to date
* Adapting to various communication platforms and software systems and applications to be able to use them effectively in the daily work.
* Ensure strict adherence to contractual KPIs and SLAs
* Demonstrate permanent high level of security awareness, knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures, procedures for visits from local authorities as well as general Health & Safety
* Understand & actively support JLL’s Quality Management program

* The ability to work independently and also within a team across multiple geographies.
* Self-motivated and Flexible - able to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
* Goal-oriented - able to focus on meeting all performance targets.
