Responsibilities
* Development and implementation of firmware for embedded systems with requirements from the industrial and automotive sectors
* Development of software architecture in coordination with other departments
* Independent technical management of development projects, taking into account time, costs, and quality
* Organization and implementation of reviews and approval of new software releases
* Technical management and further development of software team members
* Active introduction of new methods and process improvements
Qualifications
* Degree in computer science, software engineering, telematics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.
* Several years of experience in the field of firmware development for complex mechatronic systems
* Experience in the implementation of safety-critical software in the industrial and/or automotive environment (ISO26262, IEC61508)
* Experience with AUTOSAR and/or ASPICE is an advantage
* Entrepreneurial thinking and a strongly solution-oriented approach
* Strong team and communication skills
* Independent, systematic, and self-reliant way of working
