This position reports to: Global Operations Manager
Role & Responsibilities Oversee Quality, Production, and Industrial Engineering functions, ensuring high operational performance, quality, delivery reliability, and cost competitiveness.
Execute manufacturing transformation initiatives, including continuous improvement, Lean deployment, process optimization, and operational efficiency across internal and external production networks.
Collaborate across functions to enhance the end-to-end value chain, supporting sourcing strategies, industrialization activities, and business growth.
Develop and empower effective teams while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Extensive leadership experience in complex manufacturing environments with a background in operational transformation and performance improvement.
University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
Advanced skills in manufacturing operations, quality management, and industrial engineering, with the ability to translate strategy into operational results.
Demonstrated experience working with external manufacturing partners, contract manufacturers, suppliers, or global production networks.
Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies; Six Sigma certification.
Ability to communicate and collaborate across functions, building productive partnerships with stakeholders.
A people-focused and inclusive leadership approach, with experience building engagement, developing people, and leading teams through change.
Professional proficiency in English is required; German language skills are highly valued.

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 6 397.78 EUR per month for a full-time position (as of May 2025).
